The property has a minimum household income requirement of 2 times the monthly rent amount to qualify. Total household income must be UNDER the following limits based on household size:

-2 Occupants: $63,120
-3 Occupants: $71,040
-4 Occupants: $78,900
-5 Occupants: $85,260
-6 Occupants: $91,560
